Are you currently using any cloud services from a public cloud vendor such as 
Amazon, Microsoft etc?: Yes 
2.      What services are you using? Office 365 (pilot) 
 
3.      Who is responsible for maintaining these relationships? Dave Hewitt, Chief 
Information Officer (contact above) 
 
4.      If not, have you plans to begin using any such services in the next 3 years? N/A 
 
5.      Would you consider utilising Infrastructure as a Service(IaaS) in the future as a 
means to reduce costs and simplify IT? Yes 
 
6.      If not, why not? N/A 
 
7.      Who is responsible for setting your annual ICT/Informatics budget/s? Director of
