3. Please could you supply me with the names and/or job titles of any officers,
councillors or third parties who received minutes of the Change Board
meeting on 19 January 2016.
All the people listed under point 2.
4. Please could you supply me with the names and/or job title of the Chair of
the Change Board as at 19 January 2016.
Max Wide - Strategic Director Business Change & ICT
5. Please could you supply me with the names and/or job title of the officer
who chaired the Change Board meeting on 19 January 2016 (if different
from above).
As point 4 above.
6. Please could you supply me with all Change Board minutes held by Bristol
City Council.
The Council considers that retrieving, reviewing and extracting all of the minutes
of the Change Board for the last three years would be a labour intensive, manual
job which would take an Officer in excess of 18 hours to complete. We,
therefore, rely on the exemption contained in s.12 Freedom of Information Act
2000 to refuse this part of your request.
This is in accordance with Regulation 3 of the Freedom of Information and Data
Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004.
Although the City Council aim to be transparent and accountable to the public,
we must weigh this against the significant amount of officer time that would be
used in dealing with such large requests.
The Council does not offer the option of paying for information over the
appropriate limit, so your request as it stands, is being refused, however if you
would like to refine your request it can be reconsidered.
As above, if you were able to refine your request to the minutes from the last 12
months for instance, we would be happy to reconsider your request.
This response should answer your request in full, however if you are not
satisfied with this response or wish to lodge an appeal against any exemptions
that may have been applied, you can do so by writing to the Data Protection
Officer at Bristol City Council Legal Services, The Council House, College
Green, Bristol, or
xxx@xxxxxxx.xxx.xx. Details of the complaints procedure can
be found at
http://www.bristol.gov.uk/page/complaints
If, after you have exhausted the council’s complaints procedure, you are still not
satisfied with the response you have received you have the right to complain to
the Information Commissioner, details of your right to complain can be found at
http://www.ico.gov.uk/complaints.aspx Copyright notice
