Dear Mr Moss-Eccardt
Reference number: FOI2017/00058
Thank you for your email of 15 January 2017 at 9.17 am. You requested the following
‘Please provide me with the risk assessments and, supporting data used for such
assessment for each and every of the three level crossings that cross the B1382 in the
village of Queen Adelaide, Cambridgeshire.’
I am writing to ask for some further details about the information you are seeking, to help
me identify the specific information you are looking for. I would be very grateful if you could
clarify whether you are seeking the most recent
risk assessments and supporting data for
the three level crossings in Queen Adelaide, or whether you are seeking the most recent
risk assessments and supporting data as well as
any previous risk assessments and
supporting data for these crossings?
If you are seeking previous risk assessments and supporting data as well as the most
recent, could you please also specify the time period that you are interested in; for example,
the risk assessments and supporting data from 2010 onwards?
In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I will now close your case until I
receive your response; the 20 working days for responding to your request will commence
when I receive your clarification.
