With reference to your recent Freedom of Information request, received on  
29th December, 2016, in which you sought the following information. 
 
Q1.   The total number of applications received each year by your local assistance 
scheme since April 2013. 
 
 
Hampshire County Council does not use this process in order to commission residential 
care for adults who have a learning disability. 
 
 
Q2.   The total number of successful applications who have received support each year 

from your local assistance scheme since April 2013.

Q3.   Annual budget and annual spend for the local welfare scheme since April 2013.

Q4.  Where your local assistance scheme has multiple strands (e.g. community crisis
