On 10 December 2016 the Trust received an email requesting the following information. 
 
“I am requesting a monthly breakdown of number of Later Life and Memory Service (LLAMS) beds occupied and number of beds 
available per ward/unit.  
 
To start January 2015 until November 2016. If the most recent months are not available or not able to be released then please 
state why and release the information from January 2015 until the most recent month possible. 
 
The wards this information relates to are: 
 
Grange Ward 
Kingsley Ward 
Sephton Unit 
Rydal Unit” 
 
Response 
 
The Trust is currently implementing a new clinical information system and therefore does not currently have the data available for 
November 2016.  As such, the Trust’s response covers the period from January 2015 to October 2016.  The numbers given are for
