Thank you for your email of 29 November where you requested the following information: 
 
Please provide the contents of email and postal correspondence between your Department and 
UKOG PLC (UKOG) in connection with Markwells Wood and planning application 
SDNP/16/04679/CM for the time period September 1st 2015 to 28 November 2016 
 
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ('the Act'), you have the right to:   
•  know whether we hold the information you require 
•  be provided with that information (subject to any exemptions under the Act which may 
apply). 
 
We have carried out extensive searches of our records and consulted with BEIS officials 
identified as potential data holders. I can confirm that the Department holds no email or postal 
correspondence between BEIS and UKOG PLC regarding Markwells Wood and planning 
application SDNP/16/04679/CM within the time period you identified.
