Please provide me with any updated guidance or operational instructions
regarding short term benefit advances and advance payments of UC since
you responded to FOI request 3700 (copy of that response here:

ml/3/3700%20Response.pdf.html ). If the guidance published there is still up
to date please inform me that this is the case.
Please inform me whether this guidance will be published to the .gov.uk
website for the benefit of claimant advisers and benefit claimants seeking
short term benefit advances or advance payments.
