“Please advise the number of Crown Censures that have been issued together
with the reasons for their issue.”
I am treating your correspondence as a request for information under the Freedom of Information

The information you have requested falls entirely within the scope of the absolute exemptions
provided for at Section 21 of the FOI Act. Crown Censures are not issued by the MOD but by the
Health & Safety Executive (HSE). The information you have requested is available on the HSE
