Thank you for your request regarding the management organisational structure of all mental
health, learning disability and physical health services within our Trust, including the team name,
phone number and team managers name.
Your request has been considered and processed in accordance with the requirements of the
Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000.
Hertfordshire Partnerships University Foundation Trust (HPUFT) is a mental health trust and
therefore does not hold organisational charts for physical health services. However, I have attached
organisational charts for our Strategic Business Units.
I can advise that the information you are requesting regarding structure charts for our HR, Estates
(Facilities and Capital Projects), and Procurement (Supply Chain) departments are already available
in the public domain. Therefore, in line with the FOIA, Exemption Section 21 (information is
accessible by another means) has been applied and a link to the relevant information is detailed
here under
FOI 2018. Roles and responsibilities of the Trust’s Executive Directors and Non-
Executive Directors can be found here in our
Annual Report on Page 16-20.
The most up to date HPUFT management contact details can be accessed through
