2 residential Property's information within Scarborough and other information related

We're waiting for Mr DiNoto to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Scarborough Borough Council,

Good Afternoon Scarborough Borough Council Data Information officer,

I make these Freedom of information requests under the freedom of information Act 2000. The requests are relevant, without vexation, ill-will or frivolity. Just to clarify: There is no intention to use any of the information required against (in the legal sense) Scarborough borough council or North Yorkshire County Council or the Land registry Office, it is information required for other serious purposes unrelated. My requests:

1) Please confirm that Scarborough Borough council is still the legal registered owner of residential property 21 Colescliffe Road, Scarborough, YO12 6SA .

2) Please confirm that this listed sale did never take place (the sale listed under digital land registry alleged information of a sale to an Australian lady by the name of JOAN MARY RUTLEDGE whom actually lives in Australia and had never lived in the UK at all ), confirm that this sale infact listed did not take place, Scarborough Borough council did not sell the property to this Lady in 2003.

3) Please confirm that the sale cited in number (2) above not only has never taken place but neither to the knowledge of Scarborough Borough Council did ever exist the fraudulent name of the mortgage supplier on those digital documents,(as the falsified name of the mortgage supplier listed as an person in the sense of the law society's definition of 'REGINALD FRANCIS FAWCETT' a name fraudulently created from the names of the Kray brother and his wife and driver taken as follow from the well known UK mafia/gangland Krays brothers, their gang and family: Mickey FAWCETT (driver to the Krays twins), REGINALD Kray the infamous Kray twin and FRANCIS (Frances) Kray Reginald Krays wife).

4) Confirm that Scarborough Borough Council has no knowledge, registration, or record of any such individual living in all of its different borough areas of Yorkshire using the above falsified name of 'REGINALD FRANCIS FAWCETT'.

5) Provide information that details exactly when Scarborough Borough Council Contacted Lisa Crowe of Lisa Crowe Estate agent and lettings http://lisacroweestateagent.co.uk/Estate Agent' in 2019 to ask that a listing be put on her website of a house for sale, the house being 21 Colescliffe Road, Scarborough, YO12 6SA .

6) Provide confirmation that Scarborough Borough Council uses the legal or other services of Bedwell Watts and Co, a solicitor firm encompassed of only two Solicitors Mr Watts and Mr Bedwell operating from 32 Queen Street, Scarborough, YO11 1HD .

7) Provide a copy of the times and dates of calls Scarborough Borough Council and Lisa Crowe of Lisa Crowe Estate agent and lettings of http://lisacroweestateagent.co.uk/

8) Provide a copy of all emails from Scarborough Borough Council to Lisa Crowe of Lisa Crowe Estate agent and lettings of http://lisacroweestateagent.co.uk/ during 2019.

9) Confirm that for 21 Colescliffe road, Scarborough YO12 6SA no council tax has been paid to either Scarborough Borough Council neither North Yorkshire County Council for over 10 years and confirm exact details for HOW long it has not being paid, which periods are unpaid in the last 33 years.

10) Confirm from which date that 21 Colescliffe road, Scarborough YO12 6SA has been a vacant property till now. If there are separate periods, detail them as of when until till dates for the last 33 years.

11) Please confirm that Brian Bennett Worked at Scarborough borough Council as an officer of local government in the last 13 years and confirm from which date to which date did his employment at Scarborough Council start and subsequently end. If Brian Bennett worked for North Yorkshire County Council also or either please confirm and give the dates of employment start and end.

12) Please give Scarborough borough Council's listed reasons for having left 21 Colescliffe road, Scarborough YO12 6SA a vacant property for the years that it has been left vacant and the adjoining yet separate terrace house with garage to the left of 21 Colescliffe Road, the end terrace of that row of terraced properties on Colescliffe Road.

13) Please clarify whom provided incorrect and fraudulent information to HM land registry office, was this done by Scarborough Council, by HM Land registry or by both parties.

33) Please confirm that Scarborough borough Council is still selling the property through Lisa Crowe of Lisa Crowe Estate agent and lettings of http://lisacroweestateagent.co.uk/ and detail how is Scarborough borough Council planning to manage the documents exchange between Scarborough borough Council the seller and the buyer (whomever) when the title documents are incorrect and fraudulent currently?

Due to the reasons of these Information requests being very serious as a situation connected is affecting third parties, there may arrive other Freedom of information requests if felt needed additionally, whether by myself or by other third parties. Important is simply to clarify again that these are not intended to vexate or wast council time and have serious justifiable reasons behind them, nether with any intention of causing issues, problems or legal action against Scarborough Borough council or North Yorkshire County Council or HM Land Registry. So these Requests should be be provided in the legally allowed 20 working days time frame under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000 without fail and without extra time impositions which would not be required in this case.
