Thank you for your request for information, which we received on 15th June 2015 under the
Freedom of Information Act (2000).
You requested the following information:
The job titles of every worker, you know of, who will be working or could be assigned to work at
the Living Well Network Hub based in Streatham Job Centre, including the full job titles of
managers and directors with details of any body that regulates or oversees each workers,
managers or directors roles such as the BPS, GMC, NMC or HCPC indicating which job title is
regulated by which body.
We do not have the information about full job titles of managers and directors with details of any
body that regulates or oversees each worker, manager or director roles such as the BPS, GMC,
NMC or HCPC.
The South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust part of the Living Well Network
collaborative is one of the smallest in numbers and the majority of its management and staff roles
are in other organisations.
We suggest that you contact Lambeth Living Well Network Hub Programme Manager, who will be
able to provide information on job titles of every worker who will be working or could be assigned
to work at the Living Well Network Hub based in Streatham Job Centre. Their contact details are
