Dear Mr Black

Freedom of Information Act 2000

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Westminster City Council. I
have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
1) Will you be ring fencing the ILF money passed to you to :- a) Individual ILF Users.
b) Adult Social Care. c) Not ring fence at all.
As we don't yet have information on the amount of money that will be
allocated, we have yet to take any decision with regards to ring fencing.

2) Have you received the details of how much money you are being allocated and if
so how much is that.
No, we have yet to receive details of how much money will be allocated.
3) When will you be starting reassessments of ILF users and when do you
anticipate completing those assessments.

We have commenced the reviews and are intending to get them all completed
by 30 June 2015.

4) What arrangements are you putting in place for those ILF users you have not
reassessed by 30th June to continue funding their current ILF care packages until an
assessment has been carried out. Bearing in mind that many of these ILF users will
not currently have Direct Payments set up with the Local Authority.
All current ILF recipients will have been reviewed and care packages will be in
place by 30 June 2015.

5) Do you have contingency plans in case a change in Government at the
forthcoming election alters the ILF funding situation?.
We do not currently have any contingency plans.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for
an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of
the date of receipt of the response to your original letter and should be addressed to:
