Thank you for your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“the Act”) received on 
25 August 2008 seeking the following information: 
  
‘What percentage of the BBC Licence Tax is spent by BBC employees on illegal drugs?’ 
 
The BBC has a zero tolerance policy towards illegal drugs and no income from the TV Licence fee 
is spent on their purchase.
