Dear Sir or Madam,

Please could you provide me with a list of 24 hour off licences in

We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000

In some case, a fee may be payable. If we decide a fee is payable, we will

all of the information you have requested. We will carry out an assessment
and if any exemptions apply to some or all of the information then we
might not provide that information to you. We will inform you if this is

to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Dear ‎Mr. Jessel‏

Freedom of Information Act 2000

From our preliminary assessment, we estimate that compliance with your
request would exceed the appropriate costs limit under section 12 of the
Freedom of information Act 2000. This is currently £450.00. We estimate
that the cost will be £3,750.00 to comply with your request. We have
decided to refuse the request because our database does not have
searchable fields that would let us retrieve the information and it would
therefore require a specific manual inspection of every record and that is
why the cost would exceed the limit.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
original letter and should be addressed to:

Brent Civic Centre
Engineers Way
Wembley HA9 0FJ
brent.foi@mail.icasework.com

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:
The Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane,
Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
Phone: 0303 123 1113

Dear Lorna,

It sounds like you're running a pretty inefficient system over at Brent Council. No other London Borough Council had a problem providing the information. £3750 - Sounds like i'm in the wrong industry!

Yours sincerely,
Tom Jessel
