Maintaining well-being 
 
There are lots of practical things that people can do to maintain their wellbeing  
while out of work – including people who have existing health conditions. For 
example: 
 
•  Physical exercise  
 
•  Healthy eating  
 
•  Keeping mentally healthy  
 
•  Starting health improvement plans – eg a ‘stop smoking’ plan.
