Your request for information
I refer to your email of 5 October 2014. In your correspondence you ask for:
1. Details of the average Full Time Equivalent (FTE) sickness absence for our
organisation for the year 2013/14.
2. For the same period, details of each section, unit, department etc. within our
organisation and the average FTE sickness absence for each. Specifying the
number of staff (FTE) working in each section, unit department etc.
3. For the same period, details of the 10 longest continuous periods of sickness
absence by our staff. Specifying the number of staff to which these periods of
continuous sickness absence relate. Additionally, identifying the unit, section,
department etc. of these staff.
We will be dealing with your request in line with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act
2002. The Act states that we must reply to you within 20 working days of us receiving your
request. This means we will reply to you by
31 October at the latest. We will, of course,
reply sooner if we are able to do so.
