I am aware that West Planning Team are in communication with the agent ARA with regards to this proposed development, planning application at this time. Noted below in correspondence with Paul Golding.
However, that communication is not being made public on the planning portal.
Please provide copy of all communication between the planning department and ARA with regards to this application.
"The West Team have raised a number of concerns with the applicant's agent about the planning application and we are awaiting the submission of amended plans.
Note that all previous neighbours and those that have made representation to the application will be notified once amended plans have been received and given further time to comment.
