Our response is:

I have not found any record of a Committee site visit after the minute that one should be held before the matter be brought back to the Planning Committee (as per your quote).

The application appears to have been withdrawn by the applicant before any such visit could take place.

The information presented to members can be found in the Committee Agenda, reports pack and minutes: http://moderngov.southkesteven.gov.uk/ie...

Dear Mr Short,

In my request I asked :
Also please tell me what information was given to the Development Control Committee by the Noise Protection Officers of the District Council.

Perhaps I wasn't clear.
The decision to defer on 20/Sep/11 Development Control Committee meeting to consider S11/0594 was to allow the site visit to take place. (You have now confirmed that it didn't) and
“ and also for comments from the Noise Protection Officers of the District Council.”

Please tell me what "comments" were given to the Development Control Committee by the Noise Protection Officers of the District Council between the Development Control Committee meeting on 20/Sep/11 and when the application was withdrawn, eight months later, on 21/May/2012

Yours sincerely,

Dave Rawlins

Mr Short,

Please respond to my request. By law SKDC should have responded, in full, to my request "20/Sep/11 Development Control Committee meeting". If you wish to have more time to answer my clarification then please drop me a line to say so.

Yours sincerely,

Dave Rawlins

Dear Customer Services,
Please respond to my request ....

"Please tell me what "comments" were given to the Development Control Committee by the Noise Protection Officers of the District Council between the Development Control Committee meeting on 20/Sep/11 and when the application was withdrawn, eight months later, on 21/May/2012"

which is now considerably overdue.

Yours sincerely,

Dave Rawlins

Dear Customer Services,

Please respond to my request ....

"Please tell me what "comments" were given to the Development Control Committee by the Noise Protection Officers of the District Council between the Development Control Committee meeting on 20/Sep/11 and when the application was withdrawn, eight months later, on 21/May/2012".

This information was requested on 14/June. By law SKDC should have replied, in full, weeks ago. The fact that Mr. Short is on holiday is not an excuse for you not fulfilling your statutory duty.

Yours sincerely,

Dave Rawlins

Mr Short explained to me by telephone that no comments were made by the SKDC officers to the Planning Committee.
