2023_01January_20 Housing Rights to Buy and Discount price for 1999 to 2005
Dear Southwark Borough Council,
1) Would you please tell people what was the discount price for Housing Rights to Buy in the years between 1999 and 2005?
2) if the discount price changed between 1999 and 2005 please specify when the new change took effect.?
3) if someone has made an application prior to the change taking effect and such application was deemed unsuccessful and then after nearly 3 years in 2003 was given the rights to buy under the price of the house as per the valuation of 2000.
a) Let say £100,000, what discount it he has and therefore how much will he exercise his/her rights ?
4) Would the man be entitled to the price of 2000 and not the discount of the same year? If that is the case please explain how does that work?
a) Price of 2000 £100000 and the discount of 2000 is 70%, the Buyer pays £30,000 for his house. l
b) Price of 2000 £100000 and discount after 2000 70% but limited to a maximum of 48,0000, therefore purchase price of £52,000.
5) In this scenario where an error has been admitted, why would the victim receive the price of 2000 only and without the discount that applies to it.
a) Which law or logic have you got in place in justifying this unreasonable and/or fraudulent approach?
Many thanks for your time
Yours faithfully,
Blaise: [of the family Tchoula]
