2021_08August_05 Where is the separation of Power
Dear West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner,
1) With respect to the separation of power doctrine between this three entities the Police, the CPS and the Court: What information have you got regarding the role of each one of them in dealing with a crime (Common Assault, Murder, fraud etc...) and particularly with the Police.
2)It the Police in charge of investigate the crime and then find another police to bring the charge?
3) is the Police is not the one in charge of charging the wo/man who is?
4) In which circumstance is the Police allow to Investigate the matter and bring the charge and not the CPS?
4)(a) What is the law that allow them to do so.
4)(b) What is the law that give the authority to the CPS to delegates its authority to bring the charge to the Police.
5) If the Police investigate and bring the charge, would you please tell the public which kind of separation of power are we dealing with?
