Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Wycombe High School should have responded by now (details). The person who made the request can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Wycombe High School,
Please send me.
1. Copies of all documentation that relates to the proposed 2020-21 new admission proposals including the proposed addition of Maidenhead within the Wycombe High School catchment area. This request includes minutes of school meetings, correspondence, minutes of meetings etc. with other organisations including the BGSA, RBWM, BCC etc.

2. Copies of all the public consultation responses (with personal details redacted as appropriate) that Wycombe High School has received concerning the Admissions proposals for 2020- 2021 which closed in January 2019.

3 List of schools that Wycombe High School consulted and / or informed about the plans to extend the catchment area to include Maidenhead.

I see no valid reason for withholding this information . Frank and free discussions are not inhibited when personal information is redacted!
In almost identical circumstances (a request for the responses to public consultation on grammar school expansion funded as part of the SSEF) the Information Commissioner ruled that the information *should* be disclosed. https://ico.org.uk/media/action-weve-tak...

Her decision notice records, "The Commissioner considers this to be legitimate issues of public concern, in terms of increasing the educational opportunities for children from less advantaged backgrounds and in respect of scrutinizing government policy in this area and transparency of how public money is spent. "
