I refer to your e-mail of 13 March which asked the following:
“Please can you provide any information you have either by email, letter, fax or report on the stability of Borehole 1 at Lower
Stumble site, London Road , Balcombe, West Sussex drilled by Conoco in 1986 in relation to the Caudrilla Borehole drilled 2013 ,
which has a distance of 10m between the two and any information on what impact the Caudrilla 2013 borehole will have on the
Conoco 1986 borehole please.”

Department does not hold any information which falls within the scope of your request.
