1. Please would you send to me your 2016
GCSE results
AS Level Results
A Level Results
I would appreciate it if you would include pupils name/ number next to each of the results / grades.
I understand that if you are unable to state pupils names please give me the above totals for each of the subjects taught at this school where exams for GCSE, AS& levels were sat.
2. Can you also tell me how many pupils you had in each year for year 2015/16

6th form (2nd year)
3. Please can you tell me how many pupils that attended in years 8,9,10&11 (2015/16) have LEFT Whitehaven Academy to commence their education elsewhere for year 2016/17.

The information is exempt from disclosure under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This is because the information is accessible to you, as it is already in the public domain on the Academy’s website and parent forum updates.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original letter and should be addressed to: The Chief Operating Officer, Bright Tribe Trust, Building 1000.

I can not find all of the answers to all of my questions in the locations that you have indicated. The information required can not be found specifically as I have written them at either the bright tribe website or parent forum.

Further to our email of 1st November regarding your review request, we have now completed that process.
You indicated that you could not find all of the answers to your questions in the locations we had directed you to. We would like to offer our apologies in this regard and confirm the following.
Firstly, we have attached tables containing GCSE, A Level and AS Level data which should provide the level of detail that you have requested.
