Your request

As part of an affordable audit, in 2016 you wrote to all housing
associations with properties in Southwark and asked them details of the
affordable homes they manage. According to your website you received
responses listing details of 11,999 affordable homes.

Please provide me with a copy of all the responses you received from the
housing associations with the details they supplied.

In response to your request, we are able to provide the attached
information.

Please note that some of the information relating to individuals
participating in the audit is withheld in accordance with Section 40 of
the Act – personal information.

This information is being provided as a statutory obligation under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.  Please note that under the Privacy and
Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 Southwark
Council ask not to receive unsolicited marketing communications.

You are free to use the information provided for your own purposes,
including any non-commercial research you are doing and for the purposes
of news reporting.  Any other re-use, for example commercial publication,

You asked:

Your request for review:

The information you sent is not what I requested.

I requested a copy of all the responses received from housing associations
which underlie the audit, not the audit itself (which is already published
on your website).

Please review my request and send me the correct information.

We have now completed reviewing your initial request for information.

In response to it, we are able to provide the attached spreadsheet with
combined list of Affordable Homes Audit undertaken by the Planning
Division in 2016.

Caveats:

·                There are about 14,379 properties on the list, so more
than the 11,999 stated on the website. This occurs when unstructured data
is manually input and passed from one spreadsheet to another. This is,
however, what we received from the Housing Associations at the time.

·                These are all of the homes that they operate and many
will not have been secured by S106 and the planning process.

·                The list is incomplete, because some of those contacted
did not respond, like L&Q.

·                We are unable to confirm whether we contacted all of the
Housing Associations operating in the borough at the time.

·                This data is five years out of date.

In addition, the only data that has not been included is any personal data
that is withheld in accordance with Section 40 of the Act – personal
information.
