Information Management, Norfolk County Council

Dear Sir/Madam

I refer to your request for information dated 10 July 2017.

I would point you to the ICOs guidance on the requirement for a requester
to provide their REAL name when making a request “A requester can be an
individual, a company or an organisation, but in each case Section 8(1)(b)
requires that a request for information must include the name of the
requester.” “If the requester has used a pseudonym then their request will

be invalid.” I would therefore suggest, to avoid authorities responding to
request clarification, that you provide your real name when signing off
your requests; Jane Doe is obviously a pseudonym.

Your request is therefore invalid. However, all investments for the last
five financial years are reported on our website
[1]www.norfolkpensionfund.org. I will therefore not be asking that you
provide clarification as this would be a waste of time.

This response is issued outside of FOI given that your request is not
valid.
