Dear John

Re: Freedom of Information Request ref: 8004

Your request has been dealt with in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and we are not obliged to respond to an exemption provided within the Act. In this instance your request is considered to be exempt from immediate disclosure by virtue of the following exemption:

S22 Information which is intended for future publication.

This exemption applies when all of the requested information is contained with an already established publication schedule as at the time of a request being made and I can confirm that the information requested is scheduled to be published as part of our Annual Accounts by the end of September 2017. To bring forward the publication would involve unnecessary disruption and increased cost as well as diverting resources.

In exempting this information from immediate disclosure we can confirm that there are no overriding public interest arguments which would favour bringing forward the publication date.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your request and wish to make a complaint or request a review of our decision, you should write to Senior Information Management Analysts, Information Management, Box OCT1224, Shire Hall, Cambridge CB3 0AP within 40 days of the date of this letter.

If you are not content with the outcome your complaint, you may apply directly to the Information Commissioner (ICO) for a decision. Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints procedure provided by the Council. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: The Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF.

Kind regards

Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Cambridgeshire County Council's handling of my FOI request '2016/17 Pension Fund Investment Data as MS Excel File'.

The request was refused due to Exemption S22 Information which is intended for future publication as the information requested is scheduled to be published as part of the local authorities' Annual Accounts by the end of September 2017. However, we are not asking for the publication to be brought forward, we are asking for the information on pension investments which is already held by the local authority to be disclosed in an excel spreadsheet. Most other local authorities have provided this information at this time when requested.

Yours faithfully
John Doe
