I am writing to request an internal review of Brent Borough Council's handling of my FOI request '2016/17 Pension Fund Investment Data as MS Excel File'.

The reason for refusal is section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act (FoIA), we are not required to provide
information in response to a request if it is already reasonably
accessible to you. This response therefore acts as a refusal notice under section 17 of the FoIA.
