2015 meeting with Legal and General (L+G)
Dear Bristol City Council,
In a recent article in the Bristol Post it was revealed that Legal and General had first approached the Council in 2015 regarding a partnership between the two:
"Meanwhile, in a twist to the saga, the top official at L&G spearheading the partnership with the local authority admitted publicly that the company has been in talks with the council since 2015 — years earlier than previously known."

I wish to know the following:
- Please confirm which Officers, Councillors, consultants at the Council were approached by Legal and General in 2015.
- What was the total cost to Bristol City Council for the meeting.
- Please provide the agenda/aims of this meeting, details of who attended the meeting along with a full copy of the minutes and action log.
- Any materials (such reports, brochures, presentations ect..) provided to Bristol City Council by Legal and General in 2015
Yours faithfully,
Joseph Lloyd
