I am writing in response to your email dated 24/01/17 (a copy of which is
attached), regarding our response to your information request (ref:
6824996), dated 17/01/17.

 

We acknowledge that under the FOI Act, you are entitled to nominate the
format of the required information output and that, as your request was
for this information to be sent in Excel format, we have not presently
complied with your request.  

 

Unfortunately, the reason was that we had technical difficulties which
would not allow us to upload the Excel document to our internal case
management software. This is the reason I am now responding to you outside
of this system and have attached the information in Excel format, as
requested.

 

We thank you for your patience in this matter and apologise for any
inconvenience caused. If you require any further assistance regarding this
request, please respond through the original request, but copy me into the
