Dear Information Rights Team,
Thank you for your communication of 20 February 2025 regarding FOI2024/00814 which was submitted on 17 May 2024.
Only after the intervention of the ICO in October 2024 did you disclose the indexes to the two documents requested. You were given 10 working days by the ICO to respond, you took 26.
In your communication of 28 November you stated:
‘…we are keen to help you access the information you are interested in’ and invited me to choose priority sections for disclosure.
My request, totalling just 43 out of an estimated 800 pages, was submitted to you on 22 December 2024.
Your response was due on 23 January 2025.
You have since communicated that you need not one but two extensions taking the earliest disclosure date to 31 March.
This is full 10 months after the original request and is profoundly unsatisfactory. I am therefore referring this request back to the ICO and look forward to hearing from them, and you, in due course.
Yours sincerely
Eleanor Shaikh
