Dear Operations FOI Requests,
Thank you for your response and for supplying your 2 additional documents.
I note that the 2 documents supplied are not branded and no source is identified for them - please could you confirm where these are accessible to your employees.
Secondly, your response mentions the following additional documents:
The following guides have been produced as guidance for all operations colleagues
who apply the Debt Steer:
• Debt Negotiation – what ‘good’ looks like?
• Debt Steer case scenarios
• 1993/2003 scheme Online Procedures: Arrears Negotiation (Debt Steer)
• 2012 Scheme SharePoint Procedures - Debt Steer
Please could you supply copies of all 4 of those documents:
• Debt Negotiation – what ‘good’ looks like?
• Debt Steer case scenarios
• 1993/2003 scheme Online Procedures: Arrears Negotiation (Debt Steer)
• 2012 Scheme SharePoint Procedures - Debt Steer
many thanks
Yours sincerely,

Dear Operations FOI Requests,
I am disappointed by your response to this reasonable request too.
You have supplied incomplete documentation under this chain of requests and I am simply asking for this documentation to be provided in full where you have referenced it within your response. This is not unreasonable.
You cite the following requests as being the same or similar but they're not at all:
VTR3651, Case Workers eLearning Platform and technology - unrelated to this request
VTR3647, Regular Deduction Orders - unrelated to this request
VTR3650, Interim Lump Sum Deduction Orders - unrelated to this request
VTR3652, Arrears Write Offs - unrelated to this request
VTR4426, request for numbers of imprisoned parents - unrelated to this request
VTR3850, Arrears Write Offs narrowed request - unrelated to this request
VTR3919, External funding - unrelated to this request
VTR3912, List of elearning courses and training with completion rates for CMS employees - unrelated to this request
The only requests that are similar are these ones and they all form part of the same request where you have not provided the full information and I've had to chase you for the additional referenced documents:
VTR3654, 2012 Debt Negotiation Support Tool
VTR4235, 2012 Debt Negotiation Support Tool missing documents from 3654
VTR4428, 2012 Debt Negotiation Support Tool refusal of missing documents from 3654 and 4235 (this is your letter saying you're applying the exemption so this one can't be counted towards your attempted application of an exemption under Section 12 either)
On this basis I am requesting a full internal review.
Please supply the requested documents as soon as possible to avoid any further delays
Yours sincerely,
R. Harrison

Hello
We have just posted on another request. The DWP are incorrect in applying this exemption as we are sure you realise however it is likely, reading the other request on this site, that will now try to refuse to answer you on the basis of costs through collusion.
Do not give up. We cannot see a legal basis for them denying your request on the basis which they are using now or the one which they have applied to the other request as the requests they have cited are not similar. They also cannot exempt on an organisation blanket-wide basis.
Good luck.
In the meantime you may find this useful:
They will not want you to have this set of full policies and procedures:
https://voiceofthechild.org.uk/cms-full-...
If you locate or obtain any further documents or policies please contact us and we will publish them alongside the ones we have obtained.
Hope this helps
