Photocopiers, Multi-Functional Devices and Desktop Printers:
1. Current Contract details, including contract end date
Multi-Functional Devices are procured under the GPS RM1599 framework. The Trust
does have older machines procured under this framework (Lot 2 – Awarded to canon
in the past – over 5 years ago). The trust has newer machines, procured under the
same framework- (lot 1- Directly award to Xerox).

No award has been made recently. Procurement is via GPS RM 1599-lot 1-which is a
