We are just emailing you to update you on your open Information Request.
We are currently in the process of updating our systems and part of this
update will mean that your open Information Request has been assigned a
new reference: FOI/6735

Unfortunately, the Council is currently experiencing a delay in our
response times due to demand and resource. As an organisation we are aware
of our legal duties under the legislation and are making every effort to

Environmental Information Regulations 2004

Your request has been considered under the provisions of the Environmental
Information Regulations 2004. Please accept our apologies for the delay in
responding to you. Specifically, you have requested the following
information:

“20/05696/PRE - Replacement bus shelters + freestanding adverts

According to the officer report on the above application to the Planning
Committee on 21 March 2021, the previous month had seen the Place Review
Panel consider the designs being developed.

+++  Please provide the names of the members of the Panel that met on 25
February 2021 (and of those presenting) and copies (not extracts or
summaries) of any minutes and/or subsequent feedback”.

Please find attached a copy of the PRP report, this includes the feedback
we received. We have removed names of individuals whose details are not in
the public domain, as this may lead to the identification of these
individuals and would be disclosing personal data to you. We are therefore
withholding personal data as defined by the General Data Protection
Regulation 2018, which renders such data exempt from disclosure by virtue
of Regulation 12(3) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004
(“EIR”) read with the provisions of Regulation 13.

It is important to remember that when information is released under the
Environmental Information Regulations 2004, it is considered released to
the wider public. Any such disclosure of personal information would not be
compliant with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations
2018.

If you are dissatisfied with the way the council has handled your request
under the Environmental Information Regulations you may ask for an
internal review.  This should be submitted to us within 40 working days of
this response.  You can do this by outlining the details of your complaint
