1st Gulf War Report of Warehouse suspected end user cert fraud arms exports.

Ministry of Defence did not have the information requested.

Dear Ministry of Defence,

Please disclose if you received a report, due to transition to war 2nd August 1990, of a suspect warehouse in Kent used to house illegal arms exports.

Kent Police had knowledge, and a crime complaint, about this suspect facility since 1987. But had nil actioned this just the same as they did with all other crime complaints and warnings related to the failed security of Deal Royal Marines Barracks.

My question is mainly directed at whether Kent Police, in view of the killings of 11 Royal Marines at Deal Barracks who they failed to protect and due to transition to war against Iraq 1990 did Kent Police report the warehouse suspicions to MOD in time of war ?

Yours faithfully,

Richard Card

Dear Ops Dir-parlibusiness (MULTIUSER),

Thank you for your search and response. I think IF Kent Police had reported to you then Attorney General would have received a report from you in Matrix Churchill case. He didn't. The question is whether he was told by the late Sir John Stradlling Thomas MP who sadly died at his Dolphin Square Home March 1991 before he could raise parliamentary ombudsman inquiry.

Thank you again for your diligent search and answer

Yours sincerely,

Richard Card
