I refer to your information request regarding 1 & 2 bedroom properties , our ref 23270.
I am pleased to enclose the information you requested and trust that it meets your requirements.
There are currently 20 x 1 bedroom properties vacant in Kirkcaldy and 30 x 2 bedroom properties vacant in Kirkcaldy.
These properties are at various stages of the re-let process with the majority undergoing repair work at this time.
The allocations process is initiated on receipt of a termination notice, therefore, properties are mostly pre-let before, or during, the repairs phase of the void.
