information concerning a review into the death of Jason Swift in 1985. 
 
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 directs Local Authorities to confirm 
whether or not requested information is held.  I can confirm this information is 
not held. 
 
I respond to your request below.

Please could you send me a copy of the Review by the Council into the 
death of Jason Swift living in the care of the Council at I think 
Conewood Street Children’s Home in 1985.

information you have requested.
