Dear Sir/Madam,
Request for Information – ATISN 7808
I wrote to you on 22 October 2013 regarding your request for information. In your
request you asked for a copy of the State Aid assessment undertaken for the Welsh
Government grant provided to NewLaw.
I confirm that we hold information relating to your request. All Welsh Government
funding has to meet State Aid Rules. These are available on the following website link.
http://wales.gov.uk/topics/businessandeconomy/stateaid/sarules/?lang=en. In addition
to meeting these rules applicants must declare they have not received any Di Minimis
funding in the past 3 years. This is attached an Annex A in respect of the grant funding
to NewLaw.
Any information released under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 or Environmental
Information Regulations 2004 will be listed in the Welsh Government’s Disclosure Log.
