Dear Hadjigeorge, Gemma,
In your response you state that "You have asked for ‘evidence’ of
all magistrates and Judges tried for perjury. I would be grateful
if you could specify the exact information in which you are
interested, for example, the number of Judges and magistrates tried
for perjury, a list of names of those tried for perjury etc.

Upon receipt of this information we will be in a position to
continue with the processing of your request.

Furthermore, you have not specified a time period for the
information you require. If your request is for all Judges and
magistrates ever tried for perjury, you may wish to consider
narrowing the time frame to avoid exceeding the appropriate cost
limit."

Please provide
1) the total number of Judges and magistrates tried for perjury in
the uk in the past 100 years,

2) a list of names and case numbers of those tried for perjury in
the uk during the past 40 years

3) if there are no cases of perjury against a uk judge or
magistrate in the last 40 years when was the last case recorded and
what was the case number, name of defendant etc

In sincerity and honour, without malice, vexation or frivolity and
without prejudice

angie of the elder family
