I am writing to ask you to clarify your request.

This is because we need further details from you in order to identify and
locate the correct information to answer your request.
 
Therefore, I should be grateful if you would advise whether all parts of
your request relate to 16 and 17 year old looked after children in
supported accommodation?  (as the officers looking at your request advise
Q2, Q3 and Q5 could also relate to residential and foster placements).
 
 
I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you, please let me know by 3rd August 2023.  If I do not
hear from you within the timeframe provided, I shall take it that you do
not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request closed.
