suppliers that have not been successful is regarded as ‘commercial and in
confidence’.

As this is information which is accessible to the applicant by other
means, it is exempt from disclosure under section 21 of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.

 

 

• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the
start of the contract to the current date

 

The information you have requested is exempt from disclosure under section
12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Sheffield City Council does
hold the information you have requested. However, we do not record the
information in a format that allows us to produce an electronic report of
this. Therefore, we would have to carry out a manual search of our records
for the breakdown of years and lots which would exceed the cost limit of
18 hours or £450 specified in the [2]Freedom of Information and Data
Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004 (SI 2004 No.
3244).

 

Under section 16 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we have a duty to
provide advice and assistance to requesters. We can provide you with an
approx. spend on all 16+ (includes 18+) from 1^st April 2019 to 31^st
March 2022 = £13 million.
