158 Purley Downs Road – ‘Invalid’ planning application 23-03646-NMA

Waiting for an internal review by Croydon Borough Council of their handling of this request.

Stephen Whiteside

Dear Croydon Borough Council,

An application for 'non-material amendments' to the consent granted under 21/01619/FUL and which would (following validation) be given the above reference, was submitted (according to the Application Form) on or around 25 September 2023 (Planning Portal Reference: PP-12483254).

As shown on the Form, the amendments proposed included “Individual unit bin stores for units 4-7 removed and relocated to communal bin store within car parking area”.

I have been informed that the application was then deemed ‘invalid’ on 6 December 2023 and consequently removed from the online register.

Please provide copies of the following information:
• all documents submitted as part of application 23-03646-NMA,
• the results of any (internal/external) consultation regarding this application, including public representations and comments from the Council’s Waste Management Team, and
• all correspondence with the applicant/agent regarding ‘invalidation’, including the reasons ‘for’ as put forward by the Council and any counter-argument from the applicant/agent.

Yours faithfully,

Stephen Whiteside
