Dear Kelly, 
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request received on 22 March 2013.   
You asked: 
Signed on as requested on monday 18th March. should have recieved a payment 21st of March 
2013...However I did not reciveve this. I also made a hardship claim 3 weeks ago due to a unfair 
sanction. this was approved and also not paid! 
I HAVE GONE 1 MONTH WITHOUT FOOD- i have no gas, no electric. My rent is owed by the 
council and will threaten eviction if I do not pay it soon. 
I have continuously phoned the benefit office of stratford yet the paying team are refusing to put my 
payment through still...I am borderline diabetic...so COULD DROP DOWN DEAD AT ANY POINT 
due to low sugar...I have no friends and no family to help me. I am also battling depression and have 
attempeted sucide 4 times this past month. 
Job centre plus know this yet refuse to help 
Why won't you help me and pay me what I AM legally entitled to? 
As this is a query about your own benefit claim we are unable to answer it under the provisions 
of the Freedom of Information Act.  To get information about your claim you will need to make
