Thank you for your enquiry of 14 January in which you requested information on
used Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) for Tier 2 Intra Company Transfers (ICTs)
from July to September 2012. This has been dealt with as a request for information
under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I attach two separate tables showing the following information:
1. Tier 2 ICT used Certificates of Sponsorship for the period 1 July 2012 to 30
September 2012 with a breakdown by occupation codes and categories.
2. Tier 2 ICT used Certificates of Sponsorship for the period 1 July 2012 to 30
September 2012 by top 25 employers with a breakdown by top 25 employers,
occupation and contract.
The figures quoted are not provided under National Statistics protocols and have
been derived from local management information and are therefore provisional and
subject to change. The figures are rounded to the nearest 5.
