Dear Ian Wolf,

You requested an internal review of the handling of your FoI request Pilot of Universal
Jobmatch. Your request review asked for "a copy of the jobcentre's written guidance given to
staff on this pilot".

The review was conducted by an independent official of the Department, of the relevant grade
and authority to carry out such requests. The case has been examined afresh, and guidance
has been sought from domain experts to ensure all factors were taken fully into account.

As Project Manager for Universal Jobmatch, I have independently reviewed the original
response and we are now in a position to release the Jobcentre Plus Universal Jobmatch
Toolkit guidance issued to staff when Universal Jobmatch was introduced in November 2012.

Please see attached a copy of the Jobcentre Plus Universal Jobmatch toolkit. This reflects the
pre mandation guidance provided to staff.

If you have any queries about this letter please contact the DWP Central FoI Team quoting the
reference number above.

Yours sincerely,

DWP Central FoI Team
