             Dear Mr John

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST REFERENCE NO: FOI-2012-00359

I write in connection with your request for information dated 29/06/2012 received by
Warwickshire Police on the same day, in which you seek access to the following
information:

     1) Copies of all incident and crime reports related to the
Bassett's Pole island junction at the intersection of the A38 and
     A453 for the period 01/06/2011 to 31/05/2012.

     2) Copies of any complaints received relevant to the Bassett's Pole
island from the period 01/06/2011 to 31/05/2012.

     3) Copies of any correspondence from local authorities or
councillors related to biker meetings at Bassett's Pole island from
     the period 01/06/2011 to 31/05/2012.

Following receipt of your request searches were conducted within Warwickshire Police
to locate information relevant to your request.  The information requested is not readily
identifiable.  In order to provide the information requested a manual search of 75
incident logs have been identified in this time period would need to be reviwed and
redacted to prevent identification of witnesses or complainants. This would involve a
disproportionate amount of effort, which would take us over the Fees Limit (£450) as
stated in the Freedom of Information (Fees and Appropriate Limit) Regulations 2004.  An
estimate of the cost is £937.50.  This has been calculated as follows: 75 records @ a
minimum of 30 minutes per record = 37.50 hours @ £25 per hour = £937.50.

In accordance with Section 12(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please treat
this letter as the Refusal Notice I am required to provide to you.

In accordance with Section 16 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I have a duty to
provide advice and assistance in relation to your request, however due to the volume of

records that need to be reviewed I have been unable to identify any information that
could be supplied within the fees limit.
