Can you please detail what specific information, meetings, emails, texts,
letters or other personal contacts led Dartmoor National Park Authority to
withdraw its opposition to the Gilpin Demolition/MVV Unwelt application
for an incinerator bottom ash processing plant in Buckfastleigh?
Your request falls to be considered under the Environmental Information
Regulations 2004. I attach the Authority’s Decision Notices which it is
required to give in response to all such requests and the disclosed
information.
Under the Regulations, there are certain exceptions to the duty to
disclose information on request. Where it has been decided that one or
more exceptions apply, this decision is explained in the attached Decision
Notice with reasons. The Decision Notice also includes a summary of your
