Dear Sir

Thank you for your request for information about the Charity Commission’s
statutory inquiry into the charity Manor Residents Association, number
1121121.

You asked for a link to the published report we indicated would be
produced in our press release and if the report is not yet completed and
published, you asked for detail of when and where it will be published.

This request for information has been processed under the provisions of
the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and I can confirm that not all
of the information is held by the Commission. This is because the inquiry
is still open, the report is not complete and we therefore cannot provide
a date for when it will be published. So as not to prejudice the outcome
of our work, we cannot comment further on the inquiry at this time,
however I can say that we are working towards publishing the report and
when we do, you will be able to access it at the following link:

Yours faithfully
