I write further to the letter addressed to you of today’s date from Dr Kirsty Allen, Head of the 
Registrary’s Office, containing the outcome of your request for an internal review of the University’s 
handling of your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 dated 28 March 2012 (our 
reference cited above). 
 
Dr Allen has instructed me to annotate the list of materials as you requested; namely, “indicating 
which items identify specific individuals”. Accordingly I have reproduced verbatim the list below and
