This request has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 
We can confirm that Buckinghamshire Council does hold information falling
within the description specified in your request.  Please see the response
below:

In respect of the contributions collected under the S106 Agreement dated
30 March 2005, all monies have been spent with the exception of the
Affordable Housing Contribution. To date, £556,100 has been spent leaving
a further £1,345,292 to be spent on suitable projects. 

On 1 April 2020, the new Buckinghamshire Council replaced the five former
councils in Buckinghamshire (Aylesbury Vale District Council,
Buckinghamshire County Council, Chiltern District Council, South Bucks
District Council and Wycombe District Council).

All local government services previously provided by the former councils
have now transferred to the new council.
