005478 Youth Justice Case Management

Dear Newcastle upon Tyne City Council,

Following your responses on 10th March. Please can you provide the following information:-

All responses made by NCC to additional suppliers questions submitted through the NEPO portal regarding this tender during the tender process in particular those made to suppliers regarding Asset Plus.

Please can you also confirm as per your responses on the 10th of March the following:-

"At the moment the project is progressing and we are aiming to go live on 10th April with Capita YOT which will be Asset Plus compliant."

Has this been met, has a submission been made to the YJB in order to validate this?

Capita have also informed us that 2 sites are now live with Asset Plus and we understand the YJB website has since been updated accordingly. These sites are listed as live 30/01/17 and 06/02/17

Please explain and detail exactly what Capitas responses were in their tender regarding these sites, since it appears that Capita could not possibly have known when the go live date was or indeed if the system would go live for these customers and if these customers were specifically used as examples within their response.?

Please can you confirm if the Capita Youth Justice module has been fully integrated with Capita One Education as per the tender and provide details of the data exchanged and the method for exchanging data?

Please provide details of all the variations to this contract regarding delivery timescales, cost variations and project over runs?

Finally please clarify if other suppliers submitted fully compliant live working Asset Plus solutions. and why they were not considered or looked at?

I am writing to request an internal review of Newcastle upon Tyne City Council's handling of my FOI request '005478 Youth Justice Case Management'.

I have not received a response to my request please can this be answered as soon as possible as it concerns the welfare of very vulnerable children.
